I grew up in a family where we always got a stocking, a variety of smaller gifts, a "big gift," and a family gift. The family gift was usually a game or activity for all of us to do together, but the big gifts were individual (with perhaps the exception of the year where my dad rigged a train table and several Polly Pocket sets together in an incredible fashion for me and my little sister #1). I love the idea of doing the same for N, and this year I've been planning on a play kitchen!
So obviously I may have done a silent fist pump when I noticed that today Zulily is featuring one of my favorites, Green Toys, that also happens to be a little expensive for my taste. Today, however, I scored the Recycled Cookware & Dining Play Set for $24.99 and the Recyled Salad Set for $12.99.

So for less than $50, N already has a sweet Christmas coming to her. Better yet, it's barely September. Mama's on a roll this year. What about you: have you found any sweet deals lately? Do you do Christmas gifts with a theme? Do you start your holiday shopping early? Are you as excited about these finds as I am?

P.S.- As usual none of these companies or websites have any idea who I am. I'm just sharing my excitement here!
